Refund and Return Policy

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in good condition. Here is how we handle refunds, replacements, and cancellations.

Returns

Because our products are sensitive research materials that cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened products, for safety and product-integrity reasons.

When we replace or refund

We make it right when an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or is lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Email support@purivial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order did not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the terms above apply.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after it is approved.
