Shipping Policy

Here is how we pack, ship, and track your order, and what to expect once it is on the way.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Cold-chain packaging

Peptides ship as lyophilized powder, packed cold with ice packs and tracked, to protect them in transit.

Shipping cost

A flat shipping rate is shown at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

Domestic orders usually arrive within a few business days after shipping. Exact times depend on your location and the carrier.

International orders and customs

Where we ship internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes and for making sure the products are allowed in your country. Customs can cause delays that are outside our control.

Delays

Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking stops updating or your order does not arrive, email support@purivial.com and we will help resolve it. See our refund policy for how we handle lost orders.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.
